Shadow had raw shrimp for dinner approximately 2 hrs before pmps.

This is the second time she had a shrimp dinner since starting insulin and it must have something to do with the shrimp.
It boosted her numbers temporarily the last time as well.

I think you should try to eliminate meals after her nadir. I think your PS would come down. Feeding at or after nadir will slow the effects of the insulin.

She will adjust....you can feed her just before nadir.
