Hope your toe feels better. It's so easy to stub a toe but harder to break it. You must have really done a number on it.

I've broken almost all my toes, some more than once. This is one of a couple that I have never broken before. It is next to my baby toe on the left. You would think, I'd wear shoes in the house, but no. I think I have a depth perception issue. Or I just don't pay attention. Either way, I am in severe pain when I try to walk, so I'm laid up in bed with it propped up on a pillow, using my ice pack when I can and falling asleep a lot.
I called my son to see if he may have a cane, but he doesn't. Breaking a baby toe or big toe, isn't so bad, those middle ones hurt like hell when you try to walk, putting any pressure on it. I know that the pharmacy I use delivers for free. I think I'll call them tomorrow and see if I can convince them to let me pay for a cane over the phone and deliver it to me, I'm only 2 miles away, if that. I'll see if it feels any better tomorrow. I could drive, but it's the long walk between my apt and the truck, that's an issue. It's not as bad right this minute as it was a few hrs ago, it may be tolerable by tomorrow and I'll drive down and get one, to use when I have to go to the store, etc.
And it's the prettiest shade of black/purple/blue halfway up my foot...........
Back on subject, I'm surprised to see that 74 from Lucian, no bouncing boy!
