No Condo yesterday
Well I am surely not going to get wife of the year award, but I know you all are the only people who will appreciate the fact that I had to leave my husband in the Emergency Room yesterday to go home and give Charms his PM shot! He had a run in with a table saw, and cut his fingers very badly, but the whole ordeal at the ER took way too long and as soon as I knew he was ok, I left to give Charms his shot. Plus, I also objected to them cutting off his wedding band! Had them give him some pain med and had them try to slip it off. It is still in one piece! So right now I am kinda in the dog house, for worrying more about that dang ring and Charms than him! In my head I kept hearing , If I delay it is like a reduction, ( I think that was you, Sienne!) and Charms is doing so well he does not need a reduction, we would lose so much ground. As it was it took two hours to stitch (17 stitches in the thumb and a chipped bone, and 10 stitches in the ring finger) so it was a good thing I left when I did. In my defense, my son was there with him so he was not alone.
I meant to take some time yesterday visiting the condo's of all the wonderful people who cheered Charms and me on the day before. Had so many new visitors to Charms condo on the 5th, and just wanted to thank everyone for all the support. This is an amazing incredible place!!
All Charms BG were mostly blue yesterday and today too. I would never abandon this board, Charms is making such amazing progress but because I am already in trouble here I probably will not post anything for a couple days, got dressings to change, pain meds, antibiotics, and dr appts in the next few days. He needs to see a hand specialist, tomorrow.
PS Watched Shark week special when he got home from the ER , so he would not feel too sorry for himself! Lots of severed limbs and hundreds of stitches for those poor shark victims. He is glad he only had an encounter with a table saw! -Sam
