Well folks, another hectic day yesterday, but I did manage to get in a few more checks than I did today.
Her numbers ran much higher than the day before, but not drastic. She surprised me with a bg of 77 at 11pm last night which was +4 on the PM cycle. I tried my darndest to stay awake to check her at midnight, but lost my battle. She must have gone lower and caused a bounce for the AMPS this morning of 521. At least that's my thinking. Couldn't get but one test in today at the +4 hour and at least she was down to 233.
She seems quite chipper today and was chasing a catnip mouse around the house today meowing as she went. Appetite is good. Litterbox output is a bit on though....it's quite a large amount and very light colored, but definitely nicely formed. It's been that way since she got out of the hospital. Not sure what it means, but at least it is not that awful stuff she had when she had that pancreatitis attack. She weighed 7lbs on the 19th and is down to 6 and 3/4 now despite a very good appetite. That bothers me too. But all in all, she is acting perky and seems to feel just fine and greets me at the door with her little hello meow.
