Good morning,
Another busy overnight.
This morning she is diving rather quickly right after eating her meal and shot.
Same pattern as yesterday morning.

I fed her a 2 tsp 7% snack earlier this morning as she was 59 on Libre, at +10, (2 hours before meal and shot so those carbs should have worn off)
Just fed her tsp of 12.5% to try to slow this immediate drop. Must be a late cycle dip again

Yes, I did sleep on the sofa again (I kind of forget what my bed feels like anymore)

So it appears we will busy today with an active cycle

Yep. You see things on the Libre that you wouldn’t see without it

Ooooh, that's a drop in 15 min! I have heard that BGs fluctuate all the time. Libre being a continuous monitor, it can see things we don't with a handheld.
Looks like Ivy's trying to steady herself. I hope she does and gives you an easy day, Staci!

Sometimes I look at your chart and I'm almost tempted to re-test Bella after 15mn to see if that happens. I doubt she would like it so I don't

Hi Kit, she's still trying but doing ok so far. And it makes sense that the BG fluctuates. I can just see it in real time so it's interesting at the least.

Ivy does like those pre-dawn dips which keep me awake. My nerves are definitely fried. But I just give a little carbs and set the alarm again for a recheck soon.

And that you can finish your work with ease. Sometimes I wonder, if things get more difficult because we see things on the libre other people don't see with their cats. But it's just a thought. I just have to make the best of it. I try to look at the positives.

I DO have the Libre to guide me. I can afford to buy the sensors. I do have a roof over our heads. I have this forum to help me. I do have friends here who are supportive.
I have a relatively comfortable couch to sleep on and my basement is quite warm and cozy. (etc, etc)
So...I have to find a wazy to look at the glass as half full, not empty. Otherwise, I would lose it

That's very sweet of you, Deb. I don't feel like I do that's for sure. But I do try.

And I will say the same for you! You also have so much to deal with and handle it with such grace.

I have so much admiration for so many people here. We all do so very much for our beloved kitties. We just love them so much. And we are fortunate we are very like-minded and support one another.
That is a HUGE help in my opinion

I just sometimes wonder, if there is not also peace of mind in not knowing everything. That's something I sometimes tell myself, if I get too stressed from all the ups and downs on the Libre.

She had a highly cycle last night and I actually slept in my bed for the first time in a week or so. Heaven
The downside of course meant higher yellow Numbers on the Libre for Ivy.
Hoping she will slide back down to nicer surfing today

I truly appreciate it.
I did get more rest than I’ve had of late and it was awesome. Still very tired but oh well! At least I slept in bed. I’ll take it!
The rain was really something, wasn’t it. And it was so humid yesterday I could feel the rain coming when I stepped outside just to get the mail! Whew.

The rest of the week looks like lots of rain, too. Tropical storm Debby has arrived on our shores.
I hope you and your sweet boy Tyler are doing well. Stay dry!! Give him some belly rubs from me, please
