Well, GOOD MORNING!!!

You may remember Hershey's YUCKY numbers yesterday...I was happy he was BLUE when I went to bed. Debated about if/when to test overnight. Was SLEEPY and didn't set the alarm to test. Doug woke me this morning to say he had shot into an (84) this morning. But, he assured me it was okay because :15 later (after eating) he was (90). Okay, we'll have a refresher later...In the meantime, I'm home with him, hoping to sleep in (since my kids and kitties are!) - with one new box of test strips...Here we go!

Sorry I didn't get to visit many of you yesterday, hoping to get to more today. Thank you for visiting us yesterday, today and always. And, thank you for helping us take care of Hershey!! Y'all are a TREASURE!!!!

Wow, congrats on the BOS shooting this morning, Doug - very nicely done! Glad to see that (+2). Are you going to get another spotcheck to be sure Hershey's not plotting a surprise? :?:

Morning Libby and Doug, and of course Hershey! Very nice amps this morning, and kudos to Doug from shooting an 80. I remember my first green shoot. Surf well Hershey!

@Leslie - Nice to meet you. I wish he had listened and stayed green, but blue is nice, too!

@Jane - I did squeeze in a quick nap. YAY! I'll pass your congrats on to Doug. Been trying to keep a check on him to catch any surprises.

Was wondering what happened to the GREEN??? I found Oreo's bowl on the floor, licked clean! But, Oreo has been finishing his food off most of the time, so Hershey couldn't have gotten much. Maybe it was enough to level him off? Or maybe it was coming anyway...

Hey, Ann - Yes, the AM cycle was nice. Not sure w-h-y it sent him into a bounce! - ugh - Yes, it's nice that Doug can shoot before he goes to work. Of course, it'll go back to at least 50 - 50 when he comes off of light duty. It meant I could sleep until 7:45am - had to be ready to call to schedule our volunteer time at Operation Christmas Child Processing Center at 8am.

Hey, Roni - Yes, a little uninterrupted sleep would be nice...Still thinking I should probably do a +7 or +7.5 test just to be sure...Of course, I'd get more sleep if I wasn't sitting up every night watching the Olympics ;-)
