Well, goodness...what to say?
I know i've shared Binks' story before...but a quick recap:

12 years ago, one of my employees, knowing I had a manxie at home, set a tiny one pound manx boy on my desk to show me
before she passed him on to the home she thought he was meant for.

He had other plans. he scurried across the desk, parked his tiny tailless butt in my hand...and proceeded to tell me what he
thought of my office decor. :lol:
And within the hour, he was at my house rummaging through the closets for an appropriate homecoming outfit.

He has blessed my life with laughter and love ever since.

We've shared a charmed life with many ups and very few downs...until June 2010 when he fell desperately ill.
After struggling for 3 months...the powers that be led us to the FDMB...
and here we remain...happy, healthy...and ever grateful to this exceptional group that opened their hearts to us
and helped bring us back to the good life.

We couldn't have done it without you!

Binks has regained his health almost 100%, still a tiny bit of neuropathy detectable...
and has resumed his Companion Cat visits to Life Care Center...
where not only do the residents find his little derriere irresistible...
so does Bernadette...the resident Care Parakeet.
Not a visit goes by without her getting a peck or two in on the Binksy Butt. :shock: :lol:
One of the nurses got a picture of Bernadette's assault on the Brat Prince's heinie...i'll post it when i get a copy.

The Adoptocats, Smudge-Larue and Lil Annie-Fannie are thriving, and getting up to all the antics they can :-D

I hope you all know that while we don't visit every day...you and your furbabies are ever in our hearts and thoughts.
We send heartfelt prayers and positive energy for all ailing family members, and wish fervently for everyone to reach
healthy and happy heights!

I was perusing some of the past condos...and dissolving in laughter at kitty antics...
from Binks' Christmas Carol of Remorse after stealing Ella's lingerie through news stories of Mannie's Dive Championships, and
Sugarcat Party descriptions...MJ's hilarious pics and SugarPat's recipes...
then was brought to tears at the outpouring of love and support in less joyful times.

This is indeed a magical place!
Never for a moment doubt that you are all wonderful and lovely souls.

I don't have new pictures to share...but for those who may have missed my favorite, enjoy!

Amazing...as all that you write, and do. Congrats on Binks 4 months annifursary - may there me any many more! :cool: :cool: I think it is wonderful that he is back at the life care center. he does have a gift.

Hi Celi and a big congratulations to you and the Binkster on 4 months OTJ! That pic is hilarious. The story of how you two met is priceless. So neat that Binks is a therapy kitty bringing tlc to everyone.

Congratulations on month for Binks and Celi! Thank you for bringing such a ray of sunshine to FDMB. You always make me laugh (most recently that meter maid picture!).

Celi, I can't believe it has already been 4 months since the Binkster went OTJ. Congratulations! I love that Binks visits everyone at the life care center. I wish I could bring my kitties to work because I know my group of seniors would love to see some cats instead of just dogs. But, alas, Simon and Cleo are not the companion visiting kind. Binks must have special social work skills. And who couldn't resist giving that little rear a pat (or a peck like the parakeet). Congratulations again!!

Celi, Baby Binks is just to adorable for words! I too am glad we found this magical place. Also very honored to have gotten to know you, Binks and the girls. I feel closer to people here than I do most in my daily lives.

Love to see a pic of the resident parakeet taking a liking to Bink's back door. :-D

It is so nice that he has special skills to be a companion kitty. He must love the attention. cat_pet_icon

4 months is a good reason to celebrate! Binks is a good inspiration for all other IAs. Congratulations and stay on the wagon :lol:

WOW Already 4 months... :-D it's a little over 7 months for Frip :-D cat_pet_icon So many OTJ kitties since :cool:
