Good morning everyone!!!

Orange has an AMPS of 67 today :mrgreen:

This cycle we'll do Sienne's request. Food will be picked up at +1 and we'll test at +4 before we give it back. I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for, but with a PS this low he probably won't go down much from here this cycle.

I think what we're looking for is to see if his pancreas can bring his numbers down after he eats.

I would also do a repeat at +4. Give Orange some food at +4 and pick it up a bit later. Ditto at +8. You may not see much at the first interval. But later in the day, as Dyana noted, it will be helpful to see if the food is stimulating Orange's pancreas and helping to bring the numbers down.

Here's a recap and update

Food at AMPS = 67
+1 - picked up food - he ate some right before I picked it up
+2 = 87
+4 = 75 - I put the food back out

I'll pick up the food again at +5 and test at +8

How about a +5 to see what rise the food may have caused, and then the +8.

+8 = 70

I think the numbers show what we wanted to see, that he is bringing himself down after eating.
I think you can give him a break until PMPS. Sienne, what do you think?

That sounds like good news to me!

Although, he is higher at PMPS = 92 than he has been all day.

Sooooo.... when do you think I should take a second try at an OTJ trial?
