I increased to 1.75u last night, +4 showed a minimal drop so I went to bed. I forgot to leave food out for him, I had just started to do that a few days ago. ohmygod_smile When I got up, +11 was 173 and he was hungry, but I held him off. He dropped a little more by AMPS, but that is typical for him, so I went ahead and fed and shot. I always test at +1 when he's on the low end, and he dropped more now...146. I'm a little nervous because I don't have a lot of data yet for this situation, but I have MC & HC in the house, and I'll be home until mid cycle....and I have plenty of test strips and I'm not afraid to use them!! :mrgreen:
WCR: He was testy when I got up and wouldn't feed him, but frisky, and didn't know what to do with himself! He finally came up in my lap and hung out for a while before breffis. After I fed him, he was very sweet and purry, then he went btb for an hour or so as usual. He feels good! Lantus really agrees with him, even when his BG is high, he is perkier and more active than he has ever been. I'm going to have to get some of those kitty cubes, maybe he will like them. He really has never been one to play with toys much, but he WANTS to play now....he just doesn't seem to know how! :lol:
