I accidentally left my pen of Lantus out for about 1.5 hours...is that okay or is it ruined?

There are many of us who accidently do that from time to time..... when I did it , the insulin was fine.... for three more months....

It sounds like you caught it quickly.... ( I did it for 4 hours)

I've left it out for a couple of hours too in the past, and it was fine.

Yep, your juice is fine! When we lost power because of Hurricane Sandy, our insulin was out for 5 days, and it was also fine.
