Good evening LL!
I can't recall ever being this excited to test Junior's BG as I was today. I was in Indiana for less than 24 hours and raced back home for one "final" test.
Junior greeted me at the door with purrs and kisses and we proceeded with the test. He jumped onto bed and purred while I put the cotton ball against his ear. The lancet device clicked. The meter read 70. I checked the OTJ button for the post. This is absolutely surreal.
Junior and I began the sugar dance alone in February and arrived at The Falls with an amazing new family. I never expected to have met so many wonderful people throughout this journey. Every one of you has taught me how to be a better bean and a better advocate for Junior's health.
So thank you. From the bottom of my and Junior's little cardiomyopathic heart, we humbly thank you.
