Nothing much to report here....I added cerenia back into her meds mix yesterday (details in yesterday's and Saturday's condos), and no spit up this morning. I just can't seem to stray from her meds routine without signs of her backsliding, and I don't want her feeling yucky....I want to stay ahead of it, rather than catching up with it.

We had a very nice 75 cent 2-martini lunch yesterday with my parents, my brother, and his wife. We'd never been to this place, by my parents and brother often meet there (it's a halfway point between our houses and my brother's house). The food and martinis were good, although I was pretty much useless for the rest of the day!

Our prayers are with Mariko today as she mourns the passing of her sweet Lucy....

Nice start for Trixie. Glad the spit up is over. I don't blame you on the meds. We know in our house, it is worth keeping up with the meds just to avoid them feeling bad. Maybe that is your new norm. As long as Trixie is happy.

The martini lunch sounds like fun. I bet it was nice to get together with everyone in a "fun" environment.

I'm glad you added the cerenia back. I can't tell you how many times I tried to stop the ondansetron with Max only to find he still needed. When she is truly 100% you will be able to stop it for good. It will happen and the only way to know is to do what you have done, try and see.

I guess Trixie is telling you she still needs the Cerenia. I agree that it's nice she lets you know these things! Glad to see her continue in such nice numbers, too. :mrgreen:

Oooh, that $.75 martini lunch sounds like a great deal! No wonder your family keeps going there. I would, too. It's great that you can get together and do something fun. It really helps with all the stress you're all under right now.

Glad you guys didn't have to worry with the spit up today. YAY for meds that settle the tummy!! She's looking good today. Give her some scritches from me. cat_pet_icon As for the 75 cent martini lunch...heck yeah! I think you guys all deserve it with all the craziness that's been thrown your way. And besides, sometime "useless" is just what we need to do for a day... sometimes a weekend!!! ;-) Have a good Monday, Amy!
 
I'm glad Trixie is doing good with the cerenia back in the mix. Sometimes it's nice to have a day where we can be "useless".
