Good Morning LL! Better than yesterday, but still not Tess's usual nice numbers. I overslept the +9 snack and test and forgot that I was moving the shot up 15 minutes, so she ended up having the snack just 2 hours before her shot not 3.

I'm nervous about her shot this morning. It didn't feel right when I pushed the plunger. Maybe there just wasn't the same amount of resistance. We'll see. Drippy fog this morning! They said it was supposed to be clearing up.

WCR All 5 Ps today and first breffis inhaled, looking for more. Teeth brushed. Bath done, busy w/ her catnip blanket.

Good morning fellow west coastener! Fog here too, though we have started to clear... maybe hit 75 today. woo hoo - a heat wave.... I fell for those fellow LL'ers that are in the 100 degree category.

I hate it when the shoot doesn't feel quite right... did I miss, did this? did that? Hope all is OK in that arena. I wonder if Tess is just taking her time adjusting to a new dose? you did just change that, yes? Mannie seems to need more than the usual 3 days or so - sometimes it can be a week before i really see if it was good bad or indifferent. I hope Tess can find her usual green run.... Well at least now you have a little time to rest, catch up.

Come on down Tess! Mannie says he knows you can do it - he is so jealous, and has been working really hard to try and catch up with you. Looks like our buddy Stu is a bit off today too.

Come on down, Tess! Yellow isn't your color. Green is much better on you, but you do have company in the yellows today. :smile: I hope the dripping fog clears up, Ann. That just sounds gross! I'm going to go outside and grill a burger on the sidewalk; it's 95 here (heat index of 103)! I'll cook up some extras and we'll make a party of it. :lol:

Hi Ann, Maybe Tess has a hairball, too! Bummer on the strange shot. I get these, too, occasionally, and am never really sure whether or not they went in. Even when you don't smell Lantus, you worry!! So let's assume that the shot was successful. See you later in better numbers.

A long 3 hours to wait to see if we got a good shot and it looks like we did. Stu, Tess might just be heading down to join you at this rate, dropped by half at onset. nailbite_smile

Shadow is wearing his Don Johnson PINK suit so he won't be there....
I have to try the rinse soon. I let him have a day off after the dental yesterday. How long have you been brushing Tess' teeth? You alternate between the rinse one day and the brushing the next? You are such a good Mama Ann! I hope that this will be acceptable to Shadow...he is 13 and set in his ways. I would rather if he didn't have to go to the vet for dentals twice a year. Wish me luck! (any tips for me?)

Ann! Looks like you have , in the words of Jen and Oreo, a BLOO kitty too today! :lol:

I had been brushing Purrcie's teeth, but can only reach the front ones with the teeny kitty toothbrush. What do you do about the molars and those teeth that seem to collect plaque? I reallyy worry about the Purr Man because I can't take him in for dentals anymore due to his CRF, kidney disease, he can't handle anesthesia.

Glad to see that Tess is singing the blues today. :smile: Sometimes its really hard for me to tell if I got the shot in too, because Sara's has so much hair and its thick. But than everything is fine. Also I have forgot when I was moving the shot time too. :oops:

Theres a lot of pressure on us beans you know. But in the end at least we do it. Somebody said to me the other day "I don't know how you do it". Its called dedication.

BTW When I wash Sara's towels i do use vinegar. Vinegar is great and its cheap too.
