8/4 Snuggie: PMPS 120; +8 238 ((AMPS 268; +8 99; +10 89

So - some interesting observations.

the other day he was SOUND asleep - I didn’t know how deeply; i petted his head like I do every damn day, and he jumped out of his skin, hissed (which he never does) and went into attack mode on my hand (also which he has never done in his entire life).

His drinking and peeing are reduced again but he’s hungry like he was when he was in the high BG numbers; like he wants to eat every two hours.

Usually I can find him loafing when it’s time to do a BG test and I can grab his ear. If it’s before his AM/PM PS, he’s hungry and is usually wiggly so I usually need to do a paw. Today he was either done with the ear after the curve and the accidental piercing, or it was just because he was hungry all darn day, but I think today was all paw pricks. Poor little fella.

Yeah when Bandit is super hungry, she's either bounce high or dropping fast/low.

All make sense!

for the sleep/dream, I think it’s just been so long that he’s been comfortable enough to be able to sleep that deeply. So I wasn’t expecting him to be - but after the initial startle, I was glad he’s been able to sleep that well.

the drop/low numbers I can totally understand. I was just concerned it may have had to do with the acro! Whew!

Same thing! When Fred is REALLY aggressive for food, it's usually the fast drop/low.

Snuggie's sheet looks amazing. Congrats! Everyone is so much braver shoot than I...lol!

Thank you!! I was just looking at it thinking - wow, here I am upset over 200s when I used to get excited about a 400!

honestly I don’t think I’d shoot as low as I do if I didn’t work from home full time. The folks here have helped me so much with advising when it’s ok to shoot low and what to do but I’d be a mess if I wasn’t here to keep an eye on him!
