Good Morning LL! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (YUM! I Love coffee!), and Happy Sunday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! After nearly missing KItty's OTJ party yesterday, and their need to have pizzas ready, cuz they were lazy kitties and sleeping in, Lola ad Bug are on HI ALERT today, ready to roll, just in case they have another mega order, like an OTJ party. They say no more screw ups or sleeping in! They said that last week! They will be ready, willing and able. PHEW! A relief..... so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. and for my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....... SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are along for the ride.

I hope everyone had a great Caturday. Mine was catch up day, and I did get alot done. My to do pile has shrunk substantially! YAY! I also managed a couple of short walk/hikes too, all local stuff. It was really foggy in the morning, which seems to be our norm these days. By afternoon the sun was out, and it turned our to e a very nice afternoon. I think we reached 70, with sunny blues skies, and a very nice sunset. Here are some photos that I took while out and about: Meadowdale Fog, Hydrangeas, and Seed Pods. The hydrangeas are from my yard, and other two are near Meadowdale Park.

What a bunch of LAZY kitties yesterday - they slept the whole day away.... of course it gets to be 9PM and they are WIDE AWAKE and ready to rumble.... :shock: :shock: :roll: :roll: :roll: :? :razz: I swear I fished Lola out from back behind the mega desk that houses all the PC stuff way too many times. I kept waiting for her to hit the power switch again... but she didn't. I went grocery shopping yesterday, and per city law here all they use are paper bags. omg - she has them all ripped up. Doesn't take her long either. one grab with the teeth and the paws amd RIPPPPPPPPP! Those bags are toast! Bug and Elsa just sit and watched her. You gotta love it.

Have a great day everyone. I hope to hike today,we shall see how I feel about that in a few hours, and also on how the weather is shaping up. There are a couple I am very anxious to do, but the temps there are on the 90's, and almost too hot. I may wait until we are into fall before doing those. maybe.... ;-)

What's up with your silly bean? Why doesn't she know that Lola is on the OTJ decorating committee and is always making confetti.

Ah well - at least she got it made in time for the party yesterday.

And why do they insist on sleeping in on Saturdays? Don't they understand that is no way to run a business?! If they were my employees.....well they would be in uniform, err outfits and they'd be up working, working, working! No slacking when you work for me.

Lil Bit - Did you get your patent from that lawyer dude Catchron yet? He called me yesterday for your address and said he had everything in order and was sending it over. Hmmm I wonder if Lola got her paws on it and thought it would make good confetti...... :shock: Better check with her to find out what happened to it.

Why is Bug being so quiet? You know I don't like when he's quiet. It means he is plotting and up to something. Do you know what it is. I thought he said something about secret plans and Mannie's treehouse! Maybe you can zip line over later and see what he's doing in there. I bet he is a typical boy and left everything out so you can see it.

After your deliveries, want to come over and hang out with me on my porch chair? It's a lovely day here.....Let me know and I'll give you the bean's chair to use! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hey Elsa....I am soooo looking forward to some 10 hour energy! Frankie, my home-version of Lola, was at it herself last night, waking the beans many times with her door-rattling antics!

LOVE the Lola and the paper bags! As much of a mess as it is, it's probably actually safer for her than the plastic bags - especially since she thinks the are the greatest thing ever. Glad to hear the kitties rested themselves up for a wild and crazy Saturday night! Our motto around here, especially when Frankie is one of those modes, is "Don't let that cat sleep. Wake her up!!" Of course, though, it never works...we try all sorts of things to tire her out so she doesn't feel like waking us up, but we haven't found the one "thing" yet that does the trick.

OMG Michelle. I love your hydrangeas!! . My mom had them all around one of the houses i loved when we were little. I plant and kill at least 1 or 2 bushes every year. Thank heavens my auntie has big bushes and she hates them ... I get all of her blossoms :-D :-D :-D

I love the fog pictures. That's so funny with Lola and the paper bags. I bet she has a blast. When I put a paper bag out for the kitties to play in, Furball will go in it the first time. But the next time she smashes it down and sits on top of it. :lol:

I was just making sure that Lil Bit stayed on time with her deliveries today and didn't forget any stops or goodies. I was trying to be stealthy so Lil Bit wouldn't know that I was following her! How did you see me?! I didn't see you .... how can you see me..... :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

And silly Lil Bit walks to all her deliveries. She really needs to use a wagon like mine and a super scooter that will get her there real fast! Zoom! my paws are tired from all that walking!

Hey Lil Bit Elsa, I really enjoyed my Sunday delivery of your coffee and Triple Espressos, thanks so much. ~O) Beautiful pics of the flowers and neat sea pods. Oh wow, paper bags a law in your area. They always give us plastic unless we ask for paper. One store always asks first. So funny with Lola and the paper bags. I had a cat that used to like to sit in a paper bag, so I always had to leave one out for him after shopping. Hope the weather cooperated and you had a great hike.
 
I hope you got out on a good hike today. Sun came out of the clouds in the late morning here. With just a bit of wind it's a very nice temp.

Love the pic of the different color hydrangeas, all I've got here are the blue lace-caps. The whites/pinks are so pretty.
 
Hi everyone! Just got home.... ;-) I did go hiking, I just couldn't pass up this good weather! I think we made 75 here. nice temp, sun finally showed up. YAY! It was nice on the trail though no clue what the temp was up there. I went to hike the John Wayne Trail, out of North Bend. It is an old RR line that has been converted to a trail. travels over Snoqulamie Pass, and actually goes for some distance - all the way to Idaho. Hike was good, though I did more than I had intended. sheshhh on that. I really only wnated about 6/7 miles, just enough to get the juices flowing, see a few things, hike the RR trestles. oh sure.... well one gets caught up in it, and there's always that: "wonder what is around the next bend..." so I did a few of those. And then went oh crap when I checked the GPS and saw I was on 6.5 miles in before I even turned around. HAHA. Well it worked out OK, - it's an easy trail, no elevation, just long. I ended up with 13.5 miles on the legs. Feeling pretty good too, so tomorrow's 7.5 mile climber hike at Park Butte Mt Baker is still on. anyways... enjoyed the day. The RR trestles are something to see. Amazing to me how they even built those. They are up fairly high. The weather was fun: Fog when I got there, low clouds too, for about an hour, maybe two, then sun and blue skies. Kinda a little bit of everything. Fun times! I will post the Picassa link to the photo s in tomorrows Loose Lips condo.

Hi Wendy - yes, I did make that hike! I was glad I went - the weather improved alot once I got going, and it really was a nice time. There was a bit of a breeze up there which kept the heat level down. YAY! THX on the pics! I love the white ones, and the pink/magenta ones are really nice too.

Hi Ann - THX on the photos. just a few tings out of the norm. I likes them, and YES: the city I live in has a ban on plastic bags, all have to be paper. There still are a few that give out plastic, no issues for them I guess, they are still using them. Weird! Lola loves them, to rip that is. Bug sits in them, and Elsa could care less. :lol: :lol: THX on today: good weather, good hike!

I had no clue - you are mega good on the stealthy part. heeheeheehee.... maybe I should get a wagon. i is sorry for yur tired paws. mine feel great - we needs to get you walking more! :-D I so know on my bean too! I keep telling her that it is confetti for the parties. She doesn't think so... Silly bean for sure! I KNOWS too n the Saturday sleep in - they got the Elsa lecture this morning on a proper way to run a business! OOOOOOOOOOOOO! YES on the patent from the lawyer dude Johnny Catchron - nope! no Lola confetti out of that. I dunno on Bug, he is one laid back dude.... he WHAT? secret plans for the treehouse?????? :o no way! Hi Carla - THX on the fog pics. I love that stuff. LOL on Furball and the paper bags - that is too funny. I used to have a cat that did that too: always stomped on them squished them flat, and then would sleep on them. :lol:

I dunno on that kitty! Is that Maui??? Guess she wanted to make sure all went well. She tries so hard to help. Hi Amy - oh yes on the paper bags. I let her have those, the mess is worth the entertainment. Anything but those plastic ones! I've "retired " the ones I had, out of sight, out of mind. She found the Kleenexes after that. :roll: LOL on the rest-up for that will Saturday night. omg on that. They are all sound asleep now, more than likely plotting out tonight's romps. :shock: :lol: i so know on the "keep that cat awake!" it doesn't work here either. ;-)
