Yesterday's Condo
A quick drop into a flat blue surf. Well, that beats the heck out of flat yellow. I just hope Cinco isn't planning something more exciting for this evening. Guess I'd better get Otto set up. He just finished a trip to the lb, followed by the "I went poo" announcement. :roll: :lol: Got to keep everyone up to date!
We have had a lovely Delta breeze yesterday and today, with temps in the high 70s to mid 80s, and the summer appy issue is gone with the wind! :lol: Minka, Cinco and Harvey seem to think they need snacks every hour, and even Sasha ate all her breakfast this morning with only a little prompting.
Just last week I had half-empty cans all over the kitchen, and now I have empty ones! I wish these critters would make up their little furry minds. I want to weigh them today, as I haven't in a while, but I don't want to do it right after they eat, so I have to make them "starve" for a few hours, I guess! :roll:
I gave Sasha some Bupe this morning about half an hour before breakfast. Maybe that helped her eat as much as she did. I guess I'll just keep her on a maintenance dose for a few days and see how she does. She's still making noises that indicate throat irritation, but the vet did say it would take a week to ten days to go away. She spent the whole night on the bed with me, snuggling, and stayed there until I gave her the meds and food this morning. When she's had enough, she moves away from the plate, and I followed her with it one too many times (there was one teeny bite left), so she got off the bed and went into the closet. I said I's done, Mama! What part of that don't you understand?
Thinking of Mariko and Ginger today as they mourn dear Lucy. Sending healing vines to all who need them, and hugs to all their beans. :YMHUG:
