Yes - I talked with one of the pharmacists and he said there's nothing they can do because I'm in the U.S. - When Canada customers have a problem, they contact the mfg and can resolve the issue. But - he said he made a note in my files and if I have an issue with another pen from the same shipment to let them know and they might be able to help in some way. He was so polite but his hands are tied. I understand and thanked him for making the insulin available to us here in the States for such a reasonable price.
