I would also add to your ss the time you shot, like in the remarks or comments section you could write AMPS at +13 or whatever it was. Don't forget that the next shot is 12 hours after the AMPS this morning, unless he's way high or way low and in that case post on the board for advice.

Apologies for missing your PM - we're having a very stormy day down here in Cape Town, and that almost always messes up our internet, meaning I go in and out in terms of connectivity :roll: Annoying! But cool dramatic weather to watch.

I'm glad you shot the 1.5u - well done! As Dyana says, it would be great if you could add a note in the "Remarks" section of your SS, that the shot time was pushed back due to stalling, and by how much, ok?

Can you get a (+2), please?

You might see a good sized bounce today from last night's low numbers and high carb food. If you're feeling better and can get out, it would be good to pick up something a bit lower than the W/D.

Oh Yeah.......bong, bong, bong. Hear the pogo stick bouncing down the hall. flip_cat He will be sleeping today after his little punk punch party last night.

At least, I will have some time to get him some more food options. Any thoughts on the canned M/d? I have several cans remaining.

I'm not sure about the canned M/D, however, I've given Fancy Feast Turkey & Giblets, which I think is 4% in carbs. It would mean a gradual switch, though, if you want to use that. He'll be bouncing because of the higher carbed food. It should clear in about a day or 2. I'm glad to hear that you'll be around to test, and watch him. You're both doing a great job!

I agree with the FF Gravy's Lovers idea from last night. You can strain out just the gravy and give it to him a little at a time. That way he doesn't get too full and will still eat normally.
I don't know anything about the MD.

We use the FF gravy as well and strain out the gravy. Boing is right! Nice AMPS though. Hope this bounce is short. Have a great day!

MD is 14% carb so it's a medium carb food. I'd encourage you to take a look at the ingredients, though. Most of Hill's products are animal by-products. These are not a terribly good source of protein. Fancy Feast is actually better in quality than the prescription food. I feed Wellness. If you buy Wellness in the largest size cans, it costs less than Fancy Feast on a price per ounce basis.

You may want to take a look at this list that one of the members here has been working on: Hobo's list. It includes carbs, protein, fat, calories, and ingredients. If you don't have other lists, like Janet & Binky's, let us know.

All - He normally eats FF Classic Turkey. We do have some Wellness Turkey (large cans actually). Jean Luc gets tired of eating it. He will be happy with it for a few days and then he will turn his nose up. I was thinking of using the MD instead of the W/D as a higer carb boost-up rather than the W/D. I like the FF Gravy Lovers idea. He will think he is getting a treat / award !!!

Ru loooooves the gravy. I figured if she was going to get poked every 20 to 30 minutes, it was a bit of a tasty bonus for her.
