I've lost track of how many times I've written: "Day 1 of 7 units" Too much going on at my house, and Jack is being a jerk the past few days. Hoping the cooler weather and drop in humidity helps us all today... because tomorrow, my mother arrives. There may not be any posts the next few days, not sure how this visit is going to go, but I'll keep the SS updated.

Good luck with the parental visit. Having interlopers (Kit cat's phrasing) in the house can always throw things off, regardless of how happy you might be to see whomever is visiting. I also hope Jack stops being a resident of the jerk store, I'm sending be nice Jack vibes!

Good luck with mom and everything - anytime we have someone visiting, no matter how great the visit is, still a lot of work for you.
