Prop still makes me confused. She had about 3 hours yesterday afternoon with diarrhea combined with vomit just after. And then it stopped. Her pmps was 270, but it always raise when she vomit. So only gave 0,04 u. Her +6 last night was 182. And then 110 at amps. Im a bit confused i must confess.
Why only vomit and diarrhea 2-3 hours a day? Is she just empty after that?
The wierd numbers i think is because of the vomit, but who knows.
I should prob. get some prokolin for her diarrhea, but it has sugar in it so i hesitate, but maybe she needs help to get her tummy better after the acid medicine.

Charlotte - I don't have any medical advice to give, but I just wanted to let you know that I'm hoping Prop gets well soon! Poor thing! That awful vomiting can really wipe a poor kitty out! Does the doctor have her on any kind of special food?

Prop managed to pull herself down from her foodspike to a pmps of 164 without any insulin other than her sheed.

She hasent had any diarrhea or vomit yet today, usually comesin the afternoon, so either gone or late.

Today her appetite has been normal. Decided to only feed her her favorite food. So she has been happy and eating. Unfortunately her favorite food is not kidneyfriendly, but for today that will be ok.

Geneva she is not on any speciel food from the vet. My vet only recommends dryfood, so i have her on low carb and kidneyfriendly food.
 
Still no diarrhea or vomit today and it is 10 pm, and props appetite is back, she has just slapped the automatic feeder and moved it a meter across the floor trying to open it to get her 11 pm meal :) Had to give her a treat and a kiss :-D
 
Have you considered a phosphorus binder to add to the food she does like?
