Good morning. Moe started the day at 138; and at +3 was 105. Hoping to see some more green today. Still at 6.75 units; maybe heard my threat of an increase yesterday.

Wendy, any thoughts on nudging the dose up? I have a really hard time telling the difference between 7.75 and skinny 7.0, even on the half-unit syringes, so I don’t know if it actually get a different dose...

His nadir last night was 66. Do you want him going lower than that? Have you ever considered getting calipers? It really helped me with consistency - and helped when DH had to dose too.

I don’t want him lower that 66, but that’s his first green on this dose. In guess I’ll give him a few more days at 6.75 (7.75 was a typo above) and see how he does.

I have considered calipers, just haven’t made the move yet. DH has several of them so I can grab one when I’m ready to try it.

Normally we suggest holding 10 cycles if you are seeing green. Personally, if I liked the nadirs range, I held longer. Note to any lurkers, that's an acro thing, not strictly TR.
