Feeding higher carbs when not necessary will reduce the efficacy of the insulin. He needs to get used to lower numbers to stop bouncing.

I give him medleys in case he goes very low at night.
I fall asleep when i wake up was 3am. so i decided to check.

I think if the +2 is close to the pmps and over 150 you can put lc in the feeder. The higher carbs seem to bring him up too much. Did you feed again when you woke up, Al?
 
Because he was yellow you didn’t need to feed him more and late in the cycle. I’m telling you this for the next time. You didn’t do anything wrong. Unless low after +6 don’t feed. It can shorten the duration of the cycle. That’s for now anyway. As his numbers continue to improve (and they will) he might need food later. We will guide you. You are doing such a good job with Macho. Better than so many here.

I think he must have hit green last night and is bouncing.
