On the brighter side of the news, Cleo's FD ravenous appetite symptom has seemed to have subsided. She used to scream to eat every 2-3 hours both am and pm:banghead:. Last night marked one week where after her +5ish mini meal/snack she was satiated until +11ish/shot time. :woot:
In this house, we celebrate all wins in FD.

Yes, all wins must be celebrated! That’s a big one, I know how stressful it is with a hungry cat!
 
Well looks like I jinxed myself by celebrating :banghead:.

After post this AM she showed signs of a FIC flareup Again! :( Made an appointment with the Vet for 9/7 so we'll see.

I couldn't come home for lunch today to test but DH said she was aggressive and screaming for food at about +6ish despite eating a mini meal at +5.5. And PMPS is 279 so I'm pretty sure I missed a low green / fast drop somewhere along the cycle .:arghh:

Good news is I'm working from home Thursday and Friday and Monday is Holiday so that's 11 cycles of monitoring :).
 
I’m so glad you get to stay home. Poor Cleo. That’s pitiful. I hope she feels better really soon. Get her some Bupe. That works really well for pain in these kitties.

I may have just jinxed myself again:banghead: her +1.5 is a 26% drop from PS soooooo maybe not bouncing :oops:
i feel like I should spit after saying anything pertaining to Cleo like my husband's family (they're Greek) does to ward off jinxing :blackeye:;):p:rolleyes:

I always feel like I’m jinxing herm too. It’s the damn bounces! Then the expectation of bounce that may not be a bounce. Keeps us on our toes.
 
Do you think Cleo could ever understand the cat-friends from around the world reacting/cheering on/commiserating over her BG numbers? I know that cats think they are the center of the universe… but, here, they kind of are!

Also, how exciting @FrostD! Wishes for your little one to be healthy, joyous and free of kitty-allergies!
