8/29 Tuscany yellow day, pm pink

Tuscany has been "surfing" in yellow all day. Not the best of surfs but then she has had some yummies today.
We got outside this afternoon for a little while. She laid in the grass - didn't really eat much of it. It is hot out. She probably had enough after about 1/2 hour and started for the steps. She was very grumbly with me when I picked her up so she didn't have to do the steps. I don't think she needs to walk that much on this leg. Now she is inside, had a snack of some halo chicken, resting. Still eating well, mostly purring when she isn't grumbling.[*]

I'm glad she got to go outside for a while today and that she is enjoying her food. Thanks so much for visiting my condo, with all that you have on your mind. I appreciate it.

at least she got to be outside for awhile .. and you are right, it is HOT!! I'm glad tuscany is still doing some purrin' for you ...

Hope she is having some whipped cream....she must like getting outside for awhile even if it is hot...

Glad to hear about good purrs and a good appetite for Miss Tuscany. I'm sure she appreciated some outside sunning. She sounds like such a sweetie!

Trying to talk myself out of the pts on Thursday. How can I work all day knowing that I will have to go home and get her to the vet. Kind of hard knowing that she is eating and purring - why that day - why this week? Maybe she could go for another few weeks. Then I see her walk- which looks painful and look at the size of her leg. I know it is a gift we can give them but what if she isn't ready? I know - she won't know - but still.

(((Joyce))) It is such an impossible decision to make. If you feel she is telling you she wants to stay a bit longer, there is nothing wrong with adjusting your plan. I know you will make your decisions out of love for her. I pray that you will know the moment and have peace with your decision.
