Rosy's readings clam down nicely after she hit a 580 the day b4 yesterday. Yet, her readings keep on repeating with a high entrance at PMPS. Today she hits 353. She might report with a green reading again today.

The measurements of last 3 days showed that she has a high reading at late PMPS cycle. Probably the other days too but I don't have much readings. One might just wonder nadir is something where you can never found unless you have endless testing. When can we have blood testing without pinching?

You are doing a great job taking care of Rosy chasing her up and down the roller coaster. I am no expert, seems to me the nadir si the lowest number you get among the times you happen to test. Maybe we can interpolate what we woudl get between tests, maybe not. You are right, it will be great when someday we can measure blood glucose without breaking skin or taking blood out of the cat. Imagine something like a special collar that reads bg on demand and automatically sends the data to your computer, phone etc when ever you want. I wish I knew how to make such a device! :smile:

Rosy keep on the purpole zone for the whole morning and end with a 337 at AMPS.
THe dose seems not working this morning. Did I get a fur short? This might be the answere, or else, ........?

I heard one is testing with divice checking the electrode conduction result and project the blood sugar reading. Hope that can come out soon.
Unitl then, pinch, pinch, pinch ........

Taking the shot again with extreme care this round, hope she can have a better no. Keep my fingers cross.

Welcome, Tony!!

I just want to clarify since it sounds like you may have given a fur shot. If you "think" you gave a fur shot, please do not give Rosy another injection. You're never sure how much insulin has gone in so if you give two shots in one 12-hour period, you could overdose Rosy.

This is the Purple Day. Rosy remain in the purple zone and is not reponding to any medicine.
The readings remain stagnant there with little fluctuation.

I guess just call it for the day.

The situation shouldn't last long. We will have another long day tomorrow.

Sorry that my tone get you that thought. NO, I didn't get the fur shot. Just try to find explanations for unexpected results.
