normal morning for mr punkin. lots of purrr purrrr meows to cheer me on while i was getting things ready. "follow my fluffy tail" on the way to the eating spot. nom nom noms with his face in the bowl licking it clean. same for anya's plate. 2 second bath and he's already back to sleep.

life is pretty great in punkinland. :lol:

I love the follo9w my fluffy tail to the eating spot... that would be Mannie, if he had a tail...
 
now i am not complaining, mind you. anti jinx anti jinx anti jinx. i don't want any excitement around here. but punkin is sure a predictable cat. anti jinx. i think i'm going to take him up a little bit in the morning and see if we can shake him down just a tad. flat is good, but just a tad lower would make me happy.

and just a wild, random guess, but i'm just thinking he MIGHT possibly wave that tail for me again tomorrow morning. at approximately 7:05am. right after he does his purrrr purrrr meow thing in the kitchen. at 7:04am. which is right after the lick the arm in preparation for the test while sitting in the testing spot on the sofa. at 7:02am. which follows directly after opening the door to the stairway and 2 cats shooting out of the opening. at 7:01am.

you can set your clock by this boy.

for all you lurkers, punkin has acromegaly, so we aim to keep the lowest point of his BG cycle around 100ish.

Very good Punkin, clean up the bowl. Ahmin usually left some on the plate, seems he's afraid not enough to eat for next meal :lol:
