Aftnoon all! Moonie has better poo today :cool: and has been sleepy girl, but now all she wants is for us to lie on the bed with her..She loves her servants~ and company!!

I just called canada pharmacy I use for lantus solostar pens & they told me now it is now $250!!!!!!!!
FROM $100.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does anyone have a place that is cheaper??? Walmart quoted me $245.00 !! It has more than doubled since our last pens!!! Any help gratefully accepted!!

Went for a MRI of low back this am & are now off to dermatologist!!!! Does It ever end???

Hi guys .. yay for better poo's! Numbers are looking good today moonie! WOW on the cost of lantus going up! What are the other canadian options? It seems like there was at least two, if not three to choose from, but I might be wrong on that .. good luck in your hunt for a better price! Have a great day!
 
Ouch! that is a price jump! i wonder if it has something to do w/ shipping the the US? Costco has always had the best prices around here, but we use Lev now so I'm not sure of the Lantus price anymore.
 
Yikes on the price! Someone is taking a profit!! I just bought a pack of 5 cartridges two weeks ago at our local grocery store pharmacy for $102. Of course, that's the Canadian price in Canada. Hard to believe it's over $100 for shipping.

Moonie's numbers are looking nice today. I love it when all they want to do is snuggle.

Roni, last time I bought the levimer pens, the price had gone up quite a bit, also. I think I paid about the same as your Lantus.
The pharmacist practically apologized to me.
 
I don't use Lantus anymore, but usually get my Levemir and used to get my Lantus from CanadaDrugsOnline where it says 5 pens are $128.00. If I remember right, they charge $10.00 for shipping.
 
Nice blue surf for Moonie today. Glad her poo is better. I'm wondering if I can get a better price for Lantus too. I have only purchased the vials so far. What is the difference between the vials and the pens?

Oh how I wish I could mail you some from Toronto. I hate to say it but we pay a bit over $70 for a vial. I think the pens are closer to a $100 so I'm not sure why they would say it costs $250 but it's absurd that people have to pay so much more for it. I'm sorry.

Nice cycle for Moonie today:) Hope the MRI results are ok.
 
I wa going to send you a message. I called them last week and they told me $250 as well. Wow!!! I can get it at Sam's for $210 so that is what I am going to do. Bummer! The $100 sure was nice.
