We did catch a 45 on the meter about a half hour ago but he came right back up with some honey/HC so we should be good. Guess we'll be trying 1.5u again!

Oops! So glad you caught that 45! That is the best thing about the CGM--catches those near-hypos. Welp, back down you go, Esse. He hasn't spent a lot of time at 1.50--so this might be the dose for him for a while 
AND is it possible that he might be sliding down the dosing ladder (seeing some healing) after being comfortable for a good while in all those blues and greens (ANTI-JINX!!!)? I sure hope so! Good luck with the reduction.

Yes, I'm so grateful he permits us enough ear-testing to double-check.
I'm really hoping so--that reduction to 1.5u a couple weeks ago was on a day where he hadn't eaten much of his breakfast, so we knew that the <50 test probably wasn't a very reliable indicator. But today he'd had a full 3 oz. before hitting that low number so fingers double-crossed that means it's real!!He hasn't spent a lot of time at 1.50--so this might be the dose for him for a while
