Nope, this is a bounce breaking "slide". A double dip is when you have a nadir, then head up, then dip down again a second time, but the second time is not as low as the nadir.

These last couple cycles are completely different then his history. Is this like when you think you have everything figured out, then everything changes?

I am guessing Charlie realized how predictable he was getting and didn't like you having that "inside information" about him, so he decided to change it up a bit
