So 24 hours into metronidizole poop issues clearly are better already. Maybe the anti-inflammatory action of the drug is helping her pancreas come to the party a little??? I mean its really supposed to just help with the bowel inflammation...Guess I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. She's on this drug for 5 days...guess I can't know anything untill she's done in terms of numbers.

I don't think the drug is doing anything for her pancreas, but being sick would probably have raised her numbers, so if she is feeling better now then it makes sense that the numbers would go down.
