Tiger is doing better! He can almost walk a bit! He is one MOJO cat! You cannot tell him what he cannot do:)

Maybe Suzanne is right to question the diagnosis of tumor! I am still researching. Anyone ever dealt with hyperchylomicronemia?????!!!!! The treatment is a low fat diet! I like that a lot better than brain surgery-which we can't do anyway!

What a rollercoaster ride-thank you all for riding with us-keep your hands inside the car at all times!

I'm so glad to hear your boy is doing better. Must be really frustrating to have your vet say it is a brain tumor when it has not been confirmed. I know about the super high costs that come with vet visits - especially the expensive test. I have lost track, Kathy. What are you giving Tiger for his neuropathy? What would we all do without the good folks on this site helping us? Take care and prayers for your kitty.

Yes it is expensive!
I am giving him B12 and fish oil at this point. Going to start B complex in a couple days.
Yes we need and love these folks right! You included! Thank you for praying and caring!
Susie is looking good even though it is hard on her mommy!:bighug:

So happy Tiger seems to be improving!! Still praying here! Did Tiger’s blood work show high lipids? I was just looking up the hyperchylomicronemia.

Yes. His triglycerides were off the chart in December and down but still high in June...and he has a fatty lump under his skin.

Hmmm, that’s interesting. And protein or albumin? How’s Tiger this evening? I know he gets more tired as the day goes along usually, but I was wondering. Also, do you have any liquid B-12 to give Tiger.

Protein and albumin were normal. I have requested a copy of Tuesday's labs.
He has been on the bed all day. Got up at 5:30 AM and went to the box, peed the floor instead and pooped and then jumped back on the bed all by himself! But that was it for the day. His affect has been good, purr, grab at his rope, awake, alert and responsive.
I have B12 in capsules that I open and give him small amounts.
I have injectable cyanocobalamine that I haven't used yet.

I have been researching all day and mostly what he has is untreatable regardless of the cause.

I appreciate your help and I hope you are doing well!:bighug:Love to you and your witties!
