Good Morning Afternoon LL! Late again, I really thought that Tess would be bouncing today after a 46 last night. Surprise, she's a cat!

Pulling my hair out here trying to learn CADintosh!

WCR All 5 Ps, just about Clean Plate Club and john got her fave Pinnacle for those low days! Happy kitteh!

Re: 8/26 Tess 132 +4~161 +7~111

That's pretty good considering the 46.

You reminded me to put pinnacle on my shopping list....haven't had any in a while.

Hope Tess keeps cruising and dropping....

Re: 8/26 Tess 132 PMPS~190

Sooooo, delayed bounce again! More later I bet!

Rhiannon, Pinnacle is pretty good for both Tess's FD (5% carbs) and CKD (175mg Phos/100 kcal). My only reason for not serving it more often is they all have fish.

Liz, thanks does she do much w/ graphics programs? I've been looking for over a year for a replacement for the old Appleworks drawing program. Adobe Illustrator is way more than I need to do floorplans and simple layouts, plus it's way expensive and I'd need an updated one to use on this computer. I was trying out the free trial of CADintosh, not too bad at first, but ponderous. Then it started not responding in the same way to the same commands, I couldn't get it to put line where I told it and THEN it started drawing line at a 45º angle! ohmygod_smile All I was trying to do was draw the grid for my garden plan. I know, Free, but if it's that bad for a simple grid I'm not wasting money on it. Inkscape was even worse to work w/, no keyboard commands!

HOwever, this afternoon I found iDraw. It looks and works a lot like the old Claris drawing programs and works about the same. Good reviews, just a couple of features I wish it had, but I can live w/ it, especially at only $25, and there is an iPad version so you can even edit things on the go! :-D :-D

Sorry, way OT there, but I've been frustrated at the lack of a simple basic drawing program for OSX.

Re: 8/26 Tess 132 PMPS~190

Hi Ann! Just checking in on you - hope you get your drawing program under control! We used to have Apples & loved them - till they stopped updating our accounting program QB about 15 years ago - switched to PCs & hated them but have learned to get by. Much cheaper, but you get what you pay for, too. Miss my Claris & Appleworks, tho'. I'm not very computer savvy, so am not help at all re. programs, sorry!

What was this 400+ for Tess??? Did I miss something while I was sick???? That's a pretty BIG bounce, Tess, dear - let's be more subtle next time, ok?
