Hi Everyone,

Rusty is sleeping off the effects of Ollie's OTJ party, and the beans and their friend are about to leave for a day at the Adirondack Museum in Blue Mt. Lake. Wishing you all a great Monday. Back in the late afternoon, in time for PMPS. Rusty has food in his automat.

Thanks for visiting us yesterday! Rusty had a terrific day of numbers. We have a bit of a bounce this morning.

Not too bad of a day for you Rusty, up a little, but ever so nice on yesterday. Maybe back to the grotto soon?

Just a little bounce, right, Rusty? I guess the good thing is your beans won't worry about you while they are out and about. Have fun, beans! :-D

Hi Ella, looks like Rusty's giving you a nice break so you can go to the museum & not worry - good job, Rusty! You'll go back to the lagoon once your beans get home later, right?

Thanks for visiting Rusty during our absence today. He did very well and is in the lagoon at PMPS, so I suspect that he has been there for at least a few hours. Just keepin' an eye on the kitties surfin'.

We had a fun day at the Adirondack Museum with a short trip to camp to pick up the stuff we had bought for the party that was supposed to have been there today. We brought it all home so we can have it for the re-scheduled party tomorrow. We had some rain today, but in general it was damp, dark, drizzly, with occasional gusts of wind. It would not have been a great day for paddling, especially since my friend has only been in a canoe once! The museum was great: we visited the "Woods and Waters" building, the "Transportation" building (which has a private, late 19th century, railroad car with the most incredible luxurious accommodations), the 1-room schoolhouse, the early 20th century hotel, a 1950s hunting camp, etc. All of the historic structures at the museum were moved there in pieces and reassembled. It is so interesting. Next time we'll take her to the boat building, which has historic canoes, guideboats, classic motorboats from the 1930s, etc. Today we didn't have time.

Off to socialize some more. Hope all is well in LL. Tomorrow is the bike ride in the High Peaks. It is pouring rain at present, so I hope we won't be rained out tomorrow.
