8/25 AMPS=115; +2=146; +4.5=121; +6=149
8/25 PMPS=106; +2=77; +3=106; +6=166

8/26 AMPS=148; +2=119; +10=112
8/26 PMPS=110; +2=101

A little high AMPS today for Lucy.
It's may be metronidazole that's bringing her number up.
Otherwise Lucy is doing good.
She wanted finger-feeding, but she ate well.
No poop yet, so I'm not sure how well the medication is working, but at least she is keeping her food in. :smile:

hi Mariko & Lucy, just stopping by to say 'hi'. I hope Lucy poops for you. I don't know about metronidazole & BG, but if I couldn't poop, my BG'd probably go up, too! :lol: :lol: :lol:
I think her numbers look really good at +2. Take it to the green today, Lucy, you can do it, you're soooo close!

I hope Lucy slid down to green today. Hopefully the medicine will help with the diarrhea.

Suzanne - Lucy's problem is not constipation, but diarrhea! :sad:

Very unfortunately, I came back to a big liquipoo in the LB and poopy bum.
I had to cut some fur around her bum, and Lucy is very upset now.

I don't know if Ginger was trying to complete, but I also found Ginger's puke with hairballs.
This, I guess I approve, because it's better out than in....

I'm sad that the metronidazole isn't working yet...
In the past, it cleared her diarrhea after one dose. :cry: :cry: :cry:

Aw, I'm so sorry the meds haven't kicked in yet for sweet little Lucy. It looks like she had herself a very nice surf, though. Sending solid poo vines to your sweet girl!

Mariko, it's so hard when we know something is off with our kitties. I hope Lucy has better poos tomorrow.
Her BGs are looking very good, though!

PS: Ripley really enjoyed riding on top of Ollie's bus with her dear friend Lucy :-D

Lucy's number is getting better, and her appetite was very good this evening, despite the liquipoo.
She ate her 1st dinner by herself.
I hope this is a sign that her tummy problem is getting better.... :-|

She is still pretty upset about me trying to clean her bum.
I wanted to give her a bum bath, but I'll just try to snip, pick, wipe as much as I can.
It's not so dirty any more, and I don't want to upset her.
She's walking in a very strange way, trying to hide her bum from me.... :sad:
I thought maybe it hurts, but I think she's just trying to make me not notice her bum...
Poor girl..... I don't want to waste her efforts, so I'll ignore her bum for a while now.

Lucy's numbers are looking nice and flat today. I hope her meds start working soon. Long haired cats and liquipoo are the worst! :shock:

PS: Neko also liked riding the bus with Lucy and Ripley!
