Already coming down. Gee Gordy.

I may give him some extra carbs before I head out to slow him a bit.

I am going to be gone all day - briging friend to St Augustine. And since its a hour drive and she has never been, I have a planned NS for tonight. It'll mess him up for sure, but sometimes I need to be selfish LOL. I have their dinner prepped so my grandma can give that to them around 6.
 
That was a big drop. Good idea to slow him down some.

Sometimes we have to be selfish. It is so relatable as I just had to do the same thing last weekend. Enjoy you friend and St. Augustine. I LOVE that town.
 
I hope the extra carbs slow down that drop. Gordy will get back on track. Sometimes we have to have a life. Enjoy the day with your friend.
 
His +3.5 was 175 and that was after some HC. So I added some carbs to all his snacks today. Im sure he'll be fine, but he certainly has a way of making me paranoid.

St Augustine is nice, like always. We didn't do any super tourist stuff (fort, lighthouse) because it was hotttt. But I did take her to the Winery and the Distillery ;)

Hopefully Gordy gets back on track tomorrow. I'm sure this NS didnt help the bounce he is bound to be experiencing from this morning.
