I was able to get some audio of charlie last night. The audio is of charlie begging me to play fetch with him. I will get it uploaded sometime this morning.
So I think I am having a midlife crisis , I am about to drastically change my career path. I have basically been a restaurant cook most of my life. The passion for cooking is fading fast due to working in too many restaurants that have lazy employees and managers. I woke up the other morning with the thought of going to school to be a vet tech. I went to the college that is near my house that offers a vet tech program. The next classes begin in November.

absolutely! I'm 5th-ing the idea! go for it - what a wonderful thing for a vet tech to be knowledgable about FD. There have been a few other people gone to vet school after coming through LL.

i haven't checked on charlie for a few days - we've had lots of newbies coming in! so today i thought i'd check and see why the little guy isn't on an OTJ trial yet - he was really going there for a bit. Looks like he's getting back on track now.

Julie we are just getting back on track. I ordered the terumo needles and the were 3/8 length and for some reason the insulin was not getting in him. I think I did that for 4 cycles. Ended up buying the relion 1/2in at Walmart. Then just as we were getting back on track, I over slept and missed the shot. But with his pmps of 106 tonight, I think we may be back on track. I was going to do some spot checks in the afternoon, but had some errands to run. The last test was 206 @+6.5.
For his pmps meal I gave .5 raw and .3 mc. It may be a reduction night.

Oh and the audio videos are taking a long time to upload to YouTube. I will post once uploaded.

Looks like Skooter and Charlie wanted to catch up with one another....

I concur, I think vet tech school is an EXCELLENT idea! All the knowledge you can bring to the table on FD will be awesome!
