Nice cycle today. I think you said you leave tomorrow, right? I hope you have an easy drive and will be thinking of you and Polly.

what date do you leave for CSU?

Hi, Julie. We leave Sept. 6. Her first appt. at CSU is Monday, Sept. 8.

Elise, tomorrow she goes up to the Clinic at work, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, for bloodwork, urinalysis, chest rads. That's about a 20 minute drive. She'll do fine 'til they take her back to a holding cage; she'll hate that and probably hunker down in the litter box.

Those results get faxed along with MSU acro/iaa results along with her spreadsheet to CSU in preparation for her initial consult at CSU.

We're staying in Grand Jct., Colorado the first night out, about a six hour drive. And then we're hunkered down at Comfort Suites in Fort Collins for the duration; that'll be about a four hour drive.

I'm starting my lists, getting the car checked out, and taking the girl on ever longer practice drives.

And, as we've done since beginning this dance, we're taking everything one step at a time, but we keep plugging along.

Thanks.

Sending tons of good travel and vetty vines for tomorrow. Considerate of Polly to do those lovely low blues during the day and give you some "get some rest" numbers at night.

You are staying close to where we did in Fort Collins. There's an Olive Garden on South College Way not far from you. :-D And an REI and Harbor Freight near there too. We explored them one of the days while we were waiting for Neko. The first day we drove up to Estes Park for lunch. The first day is the longest day that Polly will be at CSU. We needed to do something to keep ourselves busy while we waited.
