Nope, looking like either a bounce or the antibodies kicking in again. Held off on R for now to see if he'll come down on his own. At least I should be able to get some sleep tonight.

If he doesn't come down, I'd increase. This is now the 4.75 unit dose talking. Of course, we are talking about Mr. Unpredictable here.

How long do you think I should give him? Lately he hasn't been staying in the high numbers for more than a cycle or two. Increase tomorrow morning, or wait until the PM cycle?
