Happy FURSDAY! Still sending all those healing vines out to Garland, Tiberious, Lanky, Tipper, Mike's April, and dear Rocket.

Little Baby Gracie was a wild child this morning. She couldn't decide if she wanted to rub up against my legs with big headbutts and purrs, or play hide/seek (her favorite game) and run with great abandon...checking to make sure I was following. I love it when she feels good but .....uh....could you feel good in green Gracie instead of this ugly color? She is constantly on the counter so I know the higher numbers leave her hungry so we just try to give her some cooked chicken breast as a little snack here and there. My hands are itching on the syringe :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: but I held...let's see if she clears the bounce.

Gus's bloodwork came back and we're still seeing a very slow but upward trend on his kidney levels. It's discouraging but clinically he's doing well anti jinx. He seems to feel good, he's eating us out of house and home (thankfully), and he is doing all normal Gussie things and no vomiting or evidence of acid tummy/nausea so we'll keep plugging along. Teddi seems to be doing well lately (again thankfully) and the young dude is back to his wild man self. His eye continues to look great.

Off to TBP....last day of my full time employment. I feel overwhelmed :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Hope you all have an awesome day. TOMORROW....I can catch up!! THanks for visiting us when I have been absent from your condos but I think of you all and your babies.

Congrats on the last day, Marjorie!! So excited for you!!

I'm sure Gracie will be down to pretty numbers soon. Sorry to hear about the news on Gus, but it sounds like he's still his usual self. Just remember, he's far more than any silly old test result (note to self: practice what I preach! :lol: :lol: :lol: ). You guys take such great care of the furkids, I'm sure he's got loads of fantasticness ahead!

I agree with Christie...the fact Gus is acting so well is a great thing. So glad Teddi and Tobey (sp?) are their perfect selves!! Now, as for Gracie....gurl, you better git yourself under control before mamabean's itchy trigger finger lets loose on the syringe!! :shock:

BTW...Champ has proven the insulin is just fine, thankyouverymuch, and he's having a bit of fun at my (and Danielle's) expense!!

Come on Gracie, you can do this! Show your beans this is just a bounce! I'm glad Tobey is back to his lively self. Gus and Teddie are doing well too, QOL is everything!

Congrats on your last day of work!!! Sorry Gracie isn't behaving better with the green numbers but I'm sure she will come down a little later today. Sounds like Gus is feeling pretty well since he is acting more like his old self. Go celebrate tonight!

Hi guys .. gracie must of sensed it was your last full day of work and was super excited this morning! She will come down for sure .. so nice to hear tobey is doing well .. that's all we can ask for .. a happy kitty who feels good ... Enjoy your day!

Congratulations on your LAST full time day!!! BRAVO! Gracie girl, get with the celebration and wear some green!

Zener is on the last cycle of a possible bounce and we are also itching to get to the syringe, if it is indeed a failed decrease. What is it with the bouncy Arizona kitties?

Congrats on your last full day at work, Marje! Now you must brush up on your playing skills!! Sorry I didn't get a chance to say how much we enjoyed Gracie's and Tobey's visit yesterday. They were model kitties and I hope they enjoyed their treats.

Glad to hear that Gus and Teddie are doing pretty well.

Now, Gracie, let's see some green this evening, OK?

wekll CONGRATS on your last full week on employment!! I hope that the PT aspect works for you - congrats on being "done" - YAY!! now celebrate in grand style! :-D :-D

Good luck with this dose - give her time to settle into it. I really hope she does. Paws crossed!!!

I am glad that gus is doing ok. i know you are not happy with some of the levels, but you still have done so well with him. if he's happy, then all is well.
 
Hi ya'll....I'm sure most of you have gone to bed and I am headed there directly to sleep/test. Mike hit the sack some time ago and I napped ;-)

Thanks for your congrats and I do LOVE Ann's post. Cracked me up!!!

It was a crazy day at work today and didn't get home until Gracie's shot time. I'm so happy this is the last Thurs that I have to work and come home and stay up with our girl. Next Thurs will be no problem staying up....I will have had an afternoon nap and sleeping in until 7 am. WHHHOOOPPP.

I'll catch up with you Friday. Ni Ni.
