Good morning LL!

Blue again this morning. Yay! After a cough filled night, Tarragon hasn't coughed this morning. He is drinking more and his back legs are a little weak so the pred is taking a toll. Hopefully we can taper back down in the next couple of days. I have also been giving him an albuterol puff every 4 hours as recommended by Tena. (Thank you Tena!!) All in all, happy furry purry today. No hugs or cuddles since he is having a hard time being picked up. We have tried to stay at ground level as much as possible and not put any pressure on his lungs.

It's Friday and casual day at work. Woohoo!!! Hope you all have a great day!

Yay for no coughing this morning and more healing vines for a good day for Tarragon. Sounds like the albuterol puff is helping, too. Glad he is all happy and purry. Have a nice, casual day at work. I always loved casual day on Fridays.

So glad to hear his his happy and purry and not coughing so much this morning. I hope you are going to be able to taper down the pred, soon. Hugs...I know you've got a difficult balancing act going on, and sweet little T is so lucky to have you!!!

Here's to a cough-free day!

One of my co-workers has asthma and has been out all week with bronchitis. In the past, both she and Curry would have symptoms at the same time.

Right now both Houston and Tulsa have moderate to high weed reports. So that might be contributing to T's breathing issues. Maybe, maybe not.

I tried switching the cat litter to the Breeze system this week to cut down on the dust......Zeke would just lay on the pellets....silly kitty.

I'm now keeping one air purifier in the room with the most used litter box. It seemed to make the room a little less dusty.

I will add my thanks to Tena and to all of Lantus Land. The collective cat wisdom and expertise of this place is amazing! I hope the extra albuterol does the trick. Thinking of you, T, and sending breathing vines.

Poor Mr. T!!! I hate hearing he's having such a difficult time with his asthma. It has to be hard on you watching him go through this. I'll be thinking about you both!!!

Awwwwww Tarragon it's nice to see you with blue PSs but it sounds like you have been having a rough time, I hope you just keep getting better and better now. What a great bean you have hey - lucky boy!

You are awesome with your baby Melissa :smile:

Glad Tarragon was not coughing this morning after such a rough night last night, poor kitty. Hope he felt better today and has an easier night tonight. Both of you have a good evening!

I hope T starts feeling better and better as the day goes by. Is this a seasonal thing that gets worse in the summertime?

Very nice AMPS and PMPS today for Tarragon even with the pred on board.
