Sorry about the bounce, it's part of the process, take the opportunity to rest.
Give him and yourself a break from testing, you could leave it till +10/+11, I know you are unwell and probably going to try and see the doc.
If you feel well enough a +6/+7 aswell.
He will probably stay up this cycle.

Take him down to 1u tonight. Vacation dose, should keep him safe, while you and your family enjoy some quality time.
