Stormy Saturday.
WCR: All Ps in place. Shasta is resting next to me...waiting patiently for me to put my laptop away so she can steal my lap! Her appy has been ok today. We've played, she's purred & she kneed my leg twice today. I'm thinking about a nap. In fact, I think a nap is a necessity. Hopefully, a nap will help my headache.
OT: last night, I had to call out the equine vet to come out for the miniature ponie. The owner is out of town until Wednesday and I'm on night feeding duty. When she wasn't up at the barn with the big horses, I got worried and started searching for her in the back pasture. When I found her, I knew she was in bad shape. Just as the vet started looking her over, the owner called me back and needless to say, she had to make the hard decision to put her down. :cry: Poor little girl. At least she is back, running with her stablemates beyond the Rainbow Bridge. Gallop free, sweet Brownie.
