Thank you! Took his +1.75 - almost +2 and he was 218 so he didn't spike much thankfully. He was crying for some more food so I gave him a little snack and left for work.

Fed at +1, thought I would give it a try. He was still hungry and surfed a nice blue all day. Others have suggested a +1 or +2 feeding. I know you do at least a +1 feeding Sienne and Lucy has suggested this to me also. I guess it slows the drop and helps with bounces.

What are your feeding schedules like for those that feed between meals? I I want to try to modify to fit my schedule but if it is beneficial I want to do my best to make it happen. Thanks!

nice PMPS!

yes, that was advised to me as well, feed the early hours of the cycle.
works very well for a lot of kitties.
If you have to leave right after shot, you just leave plenty of food out (wet pucks or timed feeder)

For between meals, as an example, here is my schedule and still is while off the juice:

+12 breakfast
+1 brunch,
+2 brunch number 2,
+3 brunch number 3
+6 lunch
+9 snackee )
+12 dinner and begin all over again.

Nowadays for bedtime, he gets his midnite snack (+6) and he's good til breakfast while we sleep.
He's spoiled to this day, little brat! :lol:
I should just be a professional caterer I think, lol!
