So Lou's still playing the bounce game.
I hope he comes back down today. In other news, the seller of our house has agreed to pay half of the new furnace - WITH the cost-efficiency upgrade. So excited! That upgrade would have cost an extra $950 or so. Win for us!! It's going to be a busy weekend cleaning and packing. I seriously cannot wait though! The 12th can't come quick enough!!
