AM report ---> Yesterday's experiment with a split shot worked beautifully. I just stared dumbfounded at the meter this morning. Beautiful number, but scary.I'm not sure what I am going to do when it gets to AM+2 and it is time to give him the second part of his AM dose. We are in uncharted waters for Bastian.
Given Bastian was still rising at +2, I went ahead with the full 2nd half of his dose.
Anyone have any advice?
PM report---> This split shot approach is working well for Bastian. However, he is very quick to pop up into the 300s (and likely higher) without insulin on board.
