8/24 Butch AMPS 326, +2 221, +4 183, +8 193, PMPS 128, +1 144, +4 160 Libre

I’d increase to 2.0 tonight or if you want wait until tomorrow unless you see green.
Thank you so much! :bighug:
I'll start the increase to 2.0 tomorrow if no greens because it will be better for me to monitor Butch.
He did come down today into the high blue. I noticed that he has been staying flat in these higher numbers. When I see a green in +2, +3 with a big drop I panic and feed. It would be nice if I can figure out how to keep him flat in the pretty green and blue without bouncing for days. I am going to have a friend try to test with a handheld meter since the Libre is known to read lower numbers. Paws crossed he lets us!

What do you feed when you see a big drop? On 8/20 there was a big drop by +2.5. Maybe try a teaspoon or 2 of lc at +1 or 1.5 to slow him down.

Usually, 6% 2 tsp and continue. At times, like on 8/9 (night) I had to add 1/2 tsp of 12%. When giving 2 tsp at +1 or +1.5, do I give that even if the numbers didn't drop much?

I’d try lc then because if there’s going to be a big drop it seems to start by +2 or earlier. The ic wint cause the bg to rise.

Let’s see what happens.
Good morning!
8/25 AMPS 339
No greens last night. I fed him 5% carb before his PMPS and 3% carb 2 tsp at +1.5. Butch stood in the blue but went up from his PMPS 128 with a bounce this morning. I increased .25 and did 2u. I'll monitor him today. Hope he slides down without any big drops.
Hope you enjoy your Sunday.

Looks like this is a bounce clearing cycle. Bug drop again. Give 5%. What % is your mc?
Yes. I just did a test 10 minutes ago 111. Libre shows that he is staying flat. The highest carbs that I have is 13, 14, 15%. Those % usually bring him up. I usually give him the 6% to keep him flat when he is in the low greens. Should I still give the 5% snack now?
