"The easiest way to insert your post from yesterday is to go to the post from yesterday, and highlight the url address in your browser, copy the url address, and paste in your new post."
If you want it to be highlighted like what I did above, then what you do is highlighting words "Yesterday" or something and then click on the Link icon before pasting the url address. Good luck!
