Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty had a good night. He woke us up early, meowing and kneading (in his "kitty world"). Now he is sleeping in his little bed. Edward went btb and I am getting ready for the bike ride. It's along the Cedar River, about 50 miles south of here, and I'll be car-pooling with a friend. The ride is not a long one, so I'll be back in the mid afternoon. In the meantime, the boys will hold the fort. Before I leave Edward and I will go to the farmers' market.

Wishing all a good Saturday and sending healing vines to all in need.

Hi again,
Rusty (and Edward) had a fine day hunting. The chipmunks, squirrels, and chickadees were screaming at Rusty, who sat there patiently, waiting for them to forget about him (they didn't!). It looks like he may have spent some time in the lagoon this afternoon, but then bounced up to PMPS.

I had a good bike ride, but the weather down there was much worse than it was up here: drizzle and cold. The road was awful. It was all torn up in spots and we had to ride on coarse dirt and gravel. I'm glad I took my "tough" touring bike.

The farmers' market this morning was full of wonderful stuff. We bought a heritage tomato (Brandywine: it was delicious), some field greens, some peaches, and some cheese. It's hard to shop at the farmers' market: you want to buy some of everything, but the budget won't permit!

Wishing you all a good evening. We started to watch "The Jewel in the Crown" BBC series on Netflix DVDs last night and will continue tonight. It hasn't lost any of it's interest.

Hi Ella ~O) :-D :-D

Here I am, late as usual.....

It is ncie to see Rusty found the lagoon ain today. GO RUSTY! Bummer on the early wake up call, but a kitty's got to do what A kitty must do: knead and meow.

WOW  on the bike ride! Weather issues, and road issues. OMG, huh?

Farmer's Market sounded wonderful. I too would ant to get a little of everything. ;-)

Enjoy your telly viewing tonight, I hope the series continues to be enjoyable.
