Hello LL!!

Thank you very much for the advice yesterday!! Billie is eating a little better today. Not much better, but enough for me to notice a difference. She didn't eat much breakfast but after waking up from a nap, she trotted over to her food dish and went for the Turducken.

I talked to her vet and she said to see how she does today and tomorrow, and bring her in for bloodwork next week if she still seems off. She also said I could try some pepcid for her.

I hope everyone else is doing well! Sending vines to everyone who needs them.

I'm glad Billie is doing better. Does she like baby food? When Max eat less and isn't in to his food, I sometimes find that he will eat Gerbers 2nd all meet baby food. It's low in carbs. Beechnut is less calories, no cornstarch but Max doesn't like it as much.

So glad to hear Billie is eating better, that is a real worry! Looks like a nice little slide down too, hope you're having a great day!

Thanks Elise and Ruth! Billie is doing even better tonight! She's eating dinner right now and is eating really well. That is such a relief.

She is not a fan of baby food, at least not the kinds that I have tried. I got some after she had teeth pulled, and she was not interested. I'll look for Gerbers 2nd though. I'm all about having as many options as possible! Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm supposed to go out until around +5.5 tonight and wasn't going to leave depending on the eating situation and the PS number, but with stinky pink and an appetite, I think she'll be okay (anti-jinx). I will leave out a couple food choices.

great news to hear that she's eating! nothing is as worrisome as when our kitties won't eat.

Thanks Elise and Julie! I'm home now and Billie seems fine. I left out 3 bowls with different food options. Turducken was 75% gone, and Duck Pate was totally gone! I don't think Brooklyn would have eaten that much on her own, so I think Billie ate. I just put out some more Duck Pate for a late night snack, and she is eating that. I'm not worrying about any kind of feeding schedule beyond the no food after +10 rule until I'm confident that she is back to normal.

You and Billie have had a few tense days and I'm glad she's doing so much better tonight and eating.

Bloodwork is just a snapshot at that moment. It can change (or not) in the course of two months.

Hope she continues to feel well and you get the bw and positive results.
