I am not sure why he dropped but just glad he did. I kept to .1 units for now and will see how these numbers play out. With DH no longer working I now have my day time tester back so I may be able to push these numbers a bit.

Possible theories:

  1. Turkey breast chunks are not doable for Jones and he had tummy upset so the numbers went up.
  2. The pen was losing its strength which I am doubting but I was almost to the end of the pen any way.
  3. He was bouncing and decided to take just a tad bit longer to clear it.
  4. Combination of 1 & 3 - which is most likely.
No loose stool overnight! Yeah! DH and I debated Jones' health. He wants to PTS and I want to at least wait out the original 3 month period which means the end of Oct. As a person with IBS issues, normal poos are no longer normal...so I get that the every third day is nasty.

It is Thursday and I have tomorrow off!

I totally stand correct. Carla and Wendy were right...time to go back. So I have a 3 day weekend so thought I would start the bump up tonight and see if we can see some better numbers.

I can't believe his appy! I am wondering if we can drop the cypro now. Asked the vet and she said hold for another two weeks and check in again.

He is washing himself more often now which is nice. Ok, Jonesy...we need to prove DH wrong, please just get with program!
 
Good luck with this increase, Tracey, I hope results start showing soon! I hope, HOPE, he proves him wrong, come on Jonesy, please feel better, be a champ and make it work!
